2018 GRADUATION NEWS

 

 

Congratulations Summit Class of 2018. It’s time to prepare for graduation.

 

 

Graduation Date: Sunday, June 3rd, 2018 @ 11:00 am

Rehearsal:            Tuesday, May 29th 2018, @ 12:00 pm.

Location:               Concord Pavilion (both events)

 

 

Please mark your calendars and plan to attend the ceremonies. Rehearsal attendance is MANDATORY.

 

CAP & GOWNS: Students must attend in cap and gowns with proper under attire.  Please be sure to acquire your cap and gown prior to graduation, students not in cap and gowns WILL NOT be able to participate in the ceremony. Caps and gowns can be purchased or borrowed.

 

PURCHASE: Cap and gowns are ordered directly through Jostens using the attached form. Student/family submits these order forms to Jostens via mail or fax. To avoid late fee, order by April 15th. Please do not turn orange order forms into Summit.

 

BORROW: Borrowed caps, gowns & tassels can be used during the ceremony. Diploma will be issued immediately after the ceremony once items are returned. Only the Green order form can be turned into Summit and need to be returned to the office by April 30th. After April 30th we cannot guarantee correct sizing or availability.

 

*Caps & gowns will be distributed during rehearsal.

 

DIPLOMAS: will be ordered using the first name, middle initial and last name in our school records.  You can review your name on the list in the office. If you wish to have a different name on your diploma, please come see Mrs.Carolann Ianora. Any name changes must match student’s official record.
